This next candlestick must close above the hammers body. This will be a confirmation of a bull run. Whatever price BTC moves up too from now will be just a bonus. The real bullish bull run will really start if the next candle starts from above from the top of the hammers body.
So current candlestick in process must move up which indeed should because the hammer has displayed a long bottom wick means up move.
