Bitcoin 4H Potential Short Term Buy

Bitcoin has fallen to lows below 19k today, this might have been triggered during Powell's speech today at Jackson Hole. During this speech the DXY was having high volatility. 4 hour RSI saw lows of 24 earlier and now sits at 26.75. My faster MACD is also giving a potential buy signal. This can be a good short term opportunity to buy and Bitcoin can rise back to 21k. These are also low volume weekend hours and no other economic events will be released regarding the USD. BITCOIN
