Hi people, i am bullish on bitcoin. In this analysis i give you 3 reasons why.
In my chart you can see the 4-hour and 1-day chart.
- We see BTC touching the 61.8 % retracement mark and is confirming it now as support, this level is really important to keep because when we are under this moment a downtrend is confirmed. Otherwise! When we step above this level it is a bearish sign that predicts a constant uptrend.
- BTC formed a bullish cross already on the 4-hour chart AND on the 1-day chart we see it the bullish cross forming now! On the 1-day chart it is a way more bullish sign as at the 4-hour
- You see my black dashed support trendline witch is active as support, we already bounced slightly above there. This is our key support for the last months and this trend right now. The fact that we bounced slightly above there and BTC formed 3 green candles on the 1-day chart makes it bullish and BTC is more likely to go up.
The fact that we bounced higher than the 6K level and above the support line (in black) form BTC bullish right now! There is no need
What happens next?
- We will see BTC coming to the 50 % fibonacci mark from there we could have a little bounceback to the 61.8 that could be forming of a elliot impulse wave 2.
- BTC i going to confirm the 200-day EMA (in red) as support and from there we have the 100-day EMA above us wich we are looking for support.
