Last year the whole world was very upbeat in favor of Bitcoin. 2018 is a different animal, too much negative press, envy, the drama with south Korea and China, slow and expensive transactions, etc. I do think that is going to loose more weight before it rallies up again. The rally will happen when the Lighting Network is up and running.
