In 2008-2009 tons of dollars were printed (please see FEDs balance sheet for reference) which eventually (starting 2012) started flowing into stock market. After $2+ T already signed into law and another $2+ expected in May what makes you think stocks value will erode to 1980s levels. Will people put these dollars under the mattress? On the contrary, regardless how long it will take for stocks to recover in 10yrs the stocks valuation will be at least 20% higher than current record.
