ETH: moon or cliff?

ETH and crypto as a whole are in a testing period. Lower lows and muted highs have left ETH holders wishing for more. The price action has been dismal for anyone who’s entered within the last 2 months. Is it time for a reversal? or further downward movement. Bulls should take this opportunity to DCA into a position, while bears should stay far away from crypto as a whole. ETH’s smart contacts and scriptability is the strongest fundamental. Does that mean tokens traded on ETH? Their DEX liquidity pools? Blockchain is still in its infancy.
