First daily engulfing candle in ages looking like a possibility for today..but it could change of course...have to see daily close tonight..RSI turning up....If there is an engulfing candle at close tonight, MACD crosses and RSI turns up...this could be the bottom....It all depends on the close tonight

Yes gold not looking too good but I still would not short it at these levels...happier to wait for a long...1700 to 1750 ..watch for a strong reversal or bottoming pattern....best of luck with your trading..
