I think the all time highs for these 2 stocks are behind us and they should only head lower from here. Ive observed a repeating pattern for both these stocks which tell me a trend change is forthcoming
Interesting idea. I did some shopping recently at these places though and was surprised by how crowded they were. Then again, maybe that was just a quick push higher.

@scheplick, yes im sure there was probably some pent up demand but I think there's far too much optimism baked into the price
