There is significantly high Call Open Interest at 115 and 120 levels which tells me the price is likely not going up at least until May expiry. What do you think?

@umezbhatia, as u can see the time frame is in weeks. even the handle pattern is of two months. So yes price by may month end may not reach the target and will be upto 120.
