We have witnessed worldwide correction in Equities last week. The same has been driven by growing concerns of inflation and rising US Bond Yields (and corresponding fall in Bond Prices). In this chart, I have analysed in details the 3 possible scenarios which can play out with respect to US 10 Year Treasury Note. This will have direct impact on FII flows in EM including India and hence we should keep a close tab on this.
