Triumph Secures Boeing Contract Extension for Hydraulic, Actuation Parts

Triumph Group (TGI) said Thursday it secured a production contract extension from Boeing (BA) to continue supplying hydraulic and actuation equipment for the 737 MAX, 777, 777X and 767 aircraft.

The contract extension includes key equipment and components used in the landing gear actuation, nose wheel steering, engine cowl door opening, brake, hydraulic and slat control systems, according to the statement.

The equipment will be produced at Triumph's plants in Clemmons, North Carolina, and Yakima, Washington, the company said.
