OVERVIEW

YBL_LUXE Squeeze Momentum OL is a professional overlay tool designed to detect compression → expansion cycles (TTM-style Squeeze), while adding high-probability confirmations based on:
1. Price vs Momentum Divergences (bull/bear),
2. Liquidity Sweeps (stop-hunts above HH / below LL),
3. Reversal Signals confirmed by engulfing patterns or momentum flips, plus optional EMA trend confirmation.

The goal is to highlight where the market is trapping retail traders and where institutional flow is likely shifting direction.

CORE FEATURES

1) SQUEEZE DETECTION (BB vs KC)
• Squeeze ON (compression): Bollinger Bands inside Keltner Channel.
• Squeeze OFF (release): BB expands outside KC.
Optional dots can be plotted on candles for quick visual confirmation.

2) MOMENTUM ENGINE

Momentum is calculated with a linear regression of mean-reversion pressure.
Candles can be painted by momentum bias:
• Bright green: bullish & rising momentum
• Dark green: bullish but weakening
• Orange: bearish but weakening
• Red: bearish & strengthening

3) SMART DIVERGENCES (Price ↔ Momentum)

Detects pivot-based divergences only when price pivots and momentum pivots occur within a synchronization window.
• Div+ (Bullish divergence): price makes lower low, momentum makes higher low.
• Div- (Bearish divergence): price makes higher high, momentum makes lower high.
Optional divergence lines connect pivots for structure clarity.

4) LIQUIDITY GRABS (Stop Hunts)

Marks sweeps of:
• Liq+ → sweep below previous LL (buyside trap / sell stops taken)
• Liq- → sweep above previous HH (sellside trap / buy stops taken)
Optional “wick-only” mode requires the candle to close back inside the range.

5) EMA-CONFIRMED REVERSALS

A reversal signal triggers when:
• A recent sweep happened (optional),
• AND price is aligned with the EMA filter (optional),
• AND either:
• Engulfing pattern, or
• Momentum flips across 0

Signals:
• Rev+ bullish reversal
• Rev- bearish reversal

HOW TO USE (Practical Guide)

BEST SETUP
1. Identify Squeeze ON zones → expect energy build-up.
2. Wait for Squeeze OFF + momentum expansion.
3. Use confirmations:
• Divergence = early warning of exhaustion.
• Liquidity sweep = trap + potential reversal zone.
• Rev+ / Rev- = actionable entry trigger.

ENTRY IDEAS

Bullish idea:
• Liq+ appears (LL sweep)
• Bullish divergence (Div+) forms
• Rev+ triggers with EMA confirmation
→ Target prior imbalance / supply zones.

Bearish idea:
• Liq- appears (HH sweep)
• Bearish divergence (Div-) forms
• Rev- triggers with EMA confirmation
→ Target prior demand / liquidity lows.

INVALIDATION LOGIC

A reversal signal is invalid if price fully re-accepts past the sweep zone and momentum flips against the direction.

Style
• Paint Bars: color candles by momentum + signals priority.

• Only Last Label: keeps chart clean (shows last label per type).

Divergences
• Pivot sensitivity: higher = fewer but stronger signals.
• Sync tolerance: how close price & momentum pivots must be.
• Div lines / width / style: visualization control.

Liquidity
• Lookback HH/LL: defines sweep range.
• Wick-only mode: requires rejection close.
• Show text: display “Liq+/Liq-”.

Reversal
• Engulfing / Momentum Flip toggles: choose trigger style.
• Require sweep: only allow reversal after a trap.
• Sweep window: how many bars back a sweep counts.
• EMA confirmation: filter trades by trend.
• EMA slope requirement: optional trend-strength filter.

If multiple events happen, candle coloring follows:
