whats the name of the indicator? i cant figure out how to apply MA on RSI and cant find the indicator for it

@oofyashi I have taken the RSI indicator and applied two Moving Averages on RSI to reduce the noise of RSI breakout/break-down. I am using SMA 9 and EMA 45 on RSI(14).
