I am experiencing the same issue called 'Unsupported Resolution'.
My PC is running Windows 10 Pro 64Bit EN. I did try different explorers, such as Firefox, MS EDGE, and IE. None of them is working so far.

@dLiang15, I just installed Chrome on my PC (Version 87.0.4280.66 (Official Build) (64-bit)). But the issue is not resolved. My FireFox is 83.0 64-bit. EN is setting as the default language of all explorers.
