Vulnerability to Volatility Expansion: The projected ±2σ bands do NOT account for sudden, explosive price movements (e.g., macroeconomic news, central bank interventions). If high-impact news hits and volatility expands, the actual bands will violently widen, overriding the projected squeeze.
Decreasing Confidence: The further you project into the future, the more the calculation relies on the "Forward Fill" assumption, naturally decreasing the statistical confidence of the extreme ends of the projection.

Tuned with crypto in mind. Classical MACD 12/26/9 and Momentum 10 are a starting point. Outcome Horizon for reaction evaluation: 5–10 intraday, 15–25 for swing. Pass Threshold sets strictness — too many signals, raise to 0.55; too few, lower to 0.30. Higher Learning Rate (0.3–0.5) makes the filter more reactive to recent streaks; lower (0.1) stabilizes over the long run.
💡 How to Use in Practice
Highest-conviction are agreement signals (BUY/SELL bubbles): both MACD and Momentum are currently classified as "effective sources" and both flipped in the same direction. The smaller solo triangles are supporting cues, best used when they align with other evidence. Read the HUD's two source values (Q) and recent accuracies to see which is working in the current market and whether the filter is doing its job. Being trend-following, accuracy degrades in ranges; pairing with trend tools is effective.
⚠️ Important Notes
This tool is RL-inspired, not a true reinforcement-learning agent; within Pine's constraints it reproduces the core idea as experience-based value learning. The value learning requires accumulated data, so on new instruments or short windows Q-values stay near the initial 0.5 and the filter has little effect. Empty recent accuracy in the HUD signals insufficient learning samples. Setting Pass Threshold too high (0.6+) may suppress signals almost entirely.

Layer one is the classic EMA stack — short/mid/long EMAs whose ordering gives a bullish/bearish/mixed verdict. Layer two is a genuine KNN (k-nearest-neighbors) algorithm: the current feature vector (return, momentum, volatility) is matched against feature vectors from each of the past 250 bars via Euclidean distance, picking the 7 nearest neighbors. Each neighbor votes by the actual 8-bar move that followed it, and the average becomes the predicted direction. Future leakage is structurally excluded — each neighbor's outcome uses only past data. The final verdict requires both layers to agree; disagreement defaults to WAIT, structurally suppressing noise signals.

Generates high-probability Buy and Sell signals by combining three confirmations:
1. EMA 200 — The primary trend filter. When the price is above the EMA, the system looks for Buy setups. When the price is below, it looks for Sell setups. This keeps you trading with the dominant trend at all times.
2. Supertrend — A dynamic volatility-based band that confirms trend direction. The green band confirms bullish momentum; the red band confirms bearish momentum.

HOW TO USE

Step 1 — Identify trend direction using the EMA 200 and the background color. Green background means bullish bias; red background means bearish bias.
Step 2 — Watch for a BUY or SELL label to appear. This confirms all three conditions (EMA, Supertrend, RSI) have aligned.
Step 3 — Use the automatically drawn Fibonacci levels to plan your entry, stop loss, and take profit targets. Common setups: enter near the 0.382 or 0.5 retracement, target the 0 or -0.236 extension, stop below the 0.618 or 0.786 level.
Step 4 — Set alerts on your preferred Fibonacci levels to be notified when price reaches key zones.
