PineScript v4, forex trading robot based on the commonly used bullish / bearish pin-bar piercing the moving averages strategy.
I coded this robot to stress-test the PineScript v4 language to see how advanced it is, and whether I could port a forex trading strategy from MT4 to TradingView.
In my opinion, PineScript v4 is still not a professional coding...

This is rather an educational script on how you can put multiple channels on the chart in a relatively non-confusing manner. Because it can be done doesn't mean you should do it (especially as a beginner). However, you might want to use maybe two.
Normally, TradingView would put them all over each other causing chart to lose readability. By a few clever...
Simple script that calculates the normalized value of N. Rules taken from an online PDF containing the original Turtle system:
"The Turtles used a volatility-based constant percentage risk position sizing algorithm. The Turtles used a concept that Richard Dennis and Bill Eckhardt called N to represent the underlying volatility of a particular market.
N is simply...
Ever wish you didn't have to rapidly flip between 6 different tickers to get the full picture?
Yeah, me too. Do you also wish that you kind of understood how the shift / unshift function works for arrays?
Yeah, I did too. Both of those birds are taken care of with one stone!
The Macro Consolidated Interval Display uses the new Array structure and security to...
This indicator looks for the highs and lows using the highest / lowest of 4 different periods. The default values are 17, 72, 305 and 1292 inspired by BO Williams phicube fractals.
The indicator will show anchored vwaps from those 8 dynamic points (4 tops and 4 bottoms).
A true trend is defined when 4 fractals line up without much opposite resistance (only the two...
The 2 Pole Super Smoother Filter was created by John Ehlers (Cycle Analytics For Traders pg 32) and this follows the price very closely and very useful because it is consistent with uptrends and falls sharply during a sudden downtrend so it should be able to help you stay more profitable. Buy when the indicator line turns green and sell when it turns red.
Inspired by truly greatful Kivanç Ozbilgic (www.tradingview.com).
The strategy tries to combined three different moving average strategies into one.
Strategies covered are:
1. Tillson T3 Moving Average Strategy
Developed by Tim Tillson, the T3 Moving Average is considered superior to traditional moving averages as it is smoother,...
This strategy is made from a crossover of 2 ema : 4 and 8 in this case, together with a RSI of lenght 10 applied to hl2
The strategy is simple : we enter when we have a cross between the 2 ma's and rsi at the same time is in ascending or descending position crossing the middle line of 50.
For exit we have : at the end of a session( we trade only between london...
Hey, today I bring you another strategy that I pull up together.
Its a KISS system ( keep it stupid simple )
We have 2 ma of 5 lenght each, one applied to the high and the other to low. With this we create a channel.
If the candle close above or below the channel we got a signal. Then we can optionally verify with the RSI to increase our chances.
At the same...
I made this indicator combine to make it easier to control all of the indicators I commonly use it includes the following:
- Exponential Moving Averages: 9, 21, 55, 89, 100, 200, 377
- Simple Moving Averages: 10, 30, 50, 100, 200
- Death and Golden Cross Highlighting
- Bollinger Bands
- SAR (Stop and Reverse points)
- and TD Sequential with countdown phases
This indicator behaves like a traditional EMA ribbon by using the 21, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55 bar exponential moving averages. In this particular indicator, the traditional EMA ribbon lines are turned off by default leaving only a filled in area between the 21 and 55 bar averages. The filled in area is green when the 21 bar average is greater than the 55...
This technique is for those who want the most simple method that is almost fool-proof. It must be done only during the busiest trading hours, 3 am to 11 am EST. This method doesn't work in sideways markets, only in volatile trending markets.
Enter Long: when the red 3 EMA has crossed up through the...
