RSI bearish div on AAPL monthly chart. Is that a bad sign?

Hi I am new.

I saw that Apple had this weird thing where the 2 drawings don't go in the same direction.
Is that good or bad? :/

I'll just leave this here and let's see what happens in the next couple of months.
