Clear Path to downs stairs

The chart is talking itself. The price reached two major resistance: Weekly resistance, and mid channel of fork. There is no place to move farther while it is creating a clear head & shoulder pattern, and the volume and the size of movement reject the idea of bullish trend for at least 2 weeks.
