Possible bearish Pennant?

So I was hoping that the bulls would continue to push the price of BA higher but has failed multiple times. seems like it does not want to break the 212 price. It has now formed a pennant heading to the downside. Seeing the premarket price action for BA, if the price opens below the pennant we can see boeing continue going down to 194-192 to fill up that gap or worst case scenario back to 175.
