It will give you a forward looking (derived from the options markets) idea on the general health of markets.

BUY Zones 1: 283-(290)=50 day MA
BUY Zones 2: 265-272
* Use sell zones or tops for exits, if swing trading/day trading. Medium to long term investors await previous sell zones to be broken.
