BANKNIFTY has formed a Doji candle at our daily ABCD PRZ in daily TF. It is a sign of trend pause cum trend reversal. It will be considered reversal if it tests its low and closes below that. In case Doji's high is crossed and sustained then it will be considered a trend pause.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if we open flat and a 5 Min candle closes above 37015, we will long for the target of 37160, 37350 and 37550.Book max near 67550, PRZ placed.
For selling we need a 5 Min candle close below 36460-65.Post closing we will short for the target of 36270, 36170 and 36000 finally. Book max near 36000, PRZ placed.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
