BIDU Breakout or Ranging

I have outlined the range in red. If BIDU continues up out of the range this would be a breakout. If it retraces back to the orange line a break below confirms the range.

I think I read this wrong this morning. Looking at Bidu, I am seeing a breakout pattern following by a bull flag with earnings 5 days away. It should at least push up until earnings. After that it is a gamble.
