RSI confirmed break out is coming? ---> LONG

Hi Traders,

This element just stepped out from its paralel chanel and the RSI shows us a sign it will be brake out.
I can imagine that scenario being drawn.
My first target is 0.489, there is a resistant level, then some draw back, after (if the BTC does not fall) I'm waiting a continued rising.
