BLNK at big resistance, what will happen next

at a big pivot point resistance area here, if it cannot get over and makes a lower high on overbought RSI then it probably pulls back to bottom trendline support. EV is due for a leg up, so i wouldnt bet too hard against it right now. looking for dip entries here
