Short or long?

I believe crypto currency market is in a very important situation in this 1 or 2 weeks as we can see it has to broke one of two support and resistance area. It is clear it has a powerful resistance between 33,000-35,000 and probably next move will be strongly impulse. So I will go long if price hit 36,500 and close above it at end of the day then my first target will be 47,000usd . but if BTC value fall down to 31,000 and did not come up back in the next candle I will go short and first target price will be around 20,000USD. I think if price go down it will reverse in price zone between 20,000-14,000 so I will tightened the stop loss in that area and waiting for long signal.
