Weekly timeframe

Now on a weekly timeframe. What we have to look at, is the RSI. Prices are ranging and on lower timeframe and BTC is giving a lots of fake signals. If we are bullish, rsi should bounce on the blue line. But we cant be 100% sur of a scenario. So if we go lower that line, and its not impossible, i think we should be very cautious because the chances of a double bottom ( like in 2014 ), or lower low are increasing a lot.
So keep that line in mind.
