BTC Fib Retracement & Predictions

Looking at the different metrics, I have a few predictions for the end of 2018. I expect an EMA Close at 25 day for December of at least 6k and for 30 days at the very least 3.5k. (Exponential moving average and weight). I also expect a conservative Fibonocci retracement of at least 16000. The price expectancy I have for the end of 2018 is at least 30k even with negative correlation potential. Overall though, Bitcoin looks like it is still somewhat of a dip and doesn't look too critical of a position. I still recommend, and am still doing a HODL. The Lightning Network and BTC Core updates can also dramatically affect market acceptance and speed as well as transnational issues.
