Monthly Shows that BTC tends to bounce back after major drops

I see that BTC like to bounce back hard after big drops like we saw earlier months...
My gut says we will see 6K - 6.5K before consolidating back to 32XX range bound for rest of 2019....
2019 will be the year of accumulation...
