Correction is Just Business as usual!! NOTHING TO WORRY!!!

So I'm fairly new into the trading/crypto market/ technical analysis world but I've been told a while back that Bitcoin supposedly had a 4-year cycle between a bull and bear market, so that would mean we'd be at the top of a bull market somewhere close to 2022, ... (correct me if I'm wrong here)

Now if you look at a Logarithmic scaling you clearly see that bitcoin is growing with diminishing returns with steep bull markets and relatively long bear markets, so looking at it this way isn't it just business as usual? I'll be the 13 to 14 k buyer in that case.
