ETH VS BTC

Ethereum has been pumped up a lot more than I thought these past weeks, going up more than BTC and then correcting less than btc. I see a gap around 50% which is obvious in eth/btc chart as well. I don't know if eth is a bit overvalued rn or it's just performing differently?!
in Low time frames (4h) btc is in a tight range but eth has is up 15%!
