New BTC 4h RSI - plunging to $11.1K

In the last 8h, we saw BTC moving from the 11.4k dip to 11.6k then now close to 11.3k.
RSI 4h suggest that BTC is now testing 11.1k resistance..
Did not see that one coming :/
