Golden Cross is it a Bullish or Bearish signal? Daily $BTCUSD

Seems like a lot of alts have been having a hard time lately and they seem unsure on where to go. We've been seeing a lot of bearish activity among major alts. I would love to see BTC continue going but I also don't mind seeing a pull-back like most altcoins. Anyhow GLTA and be smart.
