Bullish Divergence
The RSI and price action are fighting one another. A similar event marked the top back around New Years, hence my theory is a triple bottom around the 6500 level along with this bullish divergence mark the bottom to this bear trend.

Wasn't looking at a big enough time frame. Becomes much more obvious when looking at history of bear markets and stock to flow ratio chart.
