BTC Made a Temporary Decision

As you can see from this 4HR chart and the 4HR chart I posted earlier today. Right where the lines intersect, and at the exact time I stated, BTC was literally standing on the edge of a cliff and we were all waiting for it to make a decision.

For now, it has decided to go up this could be a fakeout.
