This is the chart of bitcoin/usdt in 4h timeframe.
Still bearish unless we see an upside breakout of the descending channel.
Also we have to break 200ma which is acting as a resistance.

Bitcoin manage to get above this descending channel & 200ma. In order for this to turn bullish, it has to bounce of the 200ma and break the previous resistance.
Also on the daily chart there is hidden bearish divergence.
