In the chart You can see Bitcoin has e 3Drive, and RSI Oscillator has a Up-trend line that near breaks to down.
Unfortunately Bitcoin couldn't achieve thar upper line of the channel. These facts seems that Bitcoin price couldnt go upper than 25k $ Level in August.
