BTC was breaking down MA200 and 0.786 Fibo - is going to 30K?

BTC had bounced at 0.786 Fibonacci but in the end breakdown it.. I think BTC will dump to 28-30K (1 fibonacci; and the height of head of H&S pattern). Has the BTC bubble burst?
