BTCUSDT Giant H&S on weekly chart , where is the GOAL?

it's obvious on the weekly chart that btc created another giant H&S
every pro can figure out the target is middle of 30 k but i got a couple of reasons that
make me believe Btc won't pass 38k
1 - right shoulder is smaller than left shoulder (usually in this situation Right shoulder loss is less)
2- the gap between support & resistance is visibly declining !!!
therefore i think btc will bounce back from 40k or 30k (at worse case)
