Question, is bitcoin gonna pull a pennant?

I mean I don't know but I think it's possible that btc will pull a pennant if it doesn't breakout soon, like I see people saying in the cryptocurrency chat. They're basically saying that it's gonna reach a similar price it reached after the huge dip, the current last peak.
Someone educate me here please
