BTC - good chance for bulls

Bitcoin is still locked between big resistance at 41-46k and big support at 30k, however I think bulls are in favor right now, because while the price is going up, people are opening new SHORT positions (on bitmex), so whales should continue pumping price up to liquidate those shorts.
