CELR/USD measured move, nearing it's target

Inverse H+S pattern realized, while trend is friend, this measured move as charted, is nearing it's likely end. perhaps a consolidation back down to neckline? Doesn't have to, but perhaps. Given the waning divergence from BTC/USD, as well as the BTC.D chart, one may wonder if CELR has only just begun it's ascent and blows through it's measured move. Trend is our friend. Perhaps ALT SEASON IS NEAR.
