Delta Lloyd NV has potential to rise in the coming weeks. The share is on record low level and has been punished in the past two months. The RSI is really low and the MACD divergence is increasing and there is a lot of upside pressure, my goal is 9.55, the other resistance levels are to far away and there is to much negativity in the market, to break thru these levels.
