Is DXY shorts become in monthly period?

At First we see the dollar index -0.10% comes over the correction level of last short trend on monthly charts. The last candle opened under 101.48 level and if it will close under this level again we can say the correction is complate and index will be in a strong short trend.

At the same time the dollar index -0.10% move in a long trend but the last spike is so near top of this trend line . Also we can say the 104 level will be a strong resistance level .
