Hello Traders,
As most of people know, EOS will be releasing their mainnet on June 2nd, and we saw a lot of people were already hyping up last month.
Looking at the 4 hour chart for EOS, we see bullish pennant pattern is taking place, which is a bullish signal. The target for this pennant pattern is 24.2K Satoshi.
Even Elliot Wave suggests that the target of 5th wave is around 25K satoshi. Therefore, please DO take partial profit when EOS hit that range as we may see a dip from there.
There may be a possibility of wave 5 extension, which is commonly 161% of wave 3. I also put is in my chart as a reference.
However, the huge red selling volume (indicated in black arrow) has been bothering me for awhile, and I am very interested in which way EOS will breakout in next few hours.
Currently EMA 50 is acting as strong resistance and EOS needs to show some strength next time it reached to that level in order to cointinue its rally.

EOS is forming head and shoulders pattern within the bull flag. If EOS goes below the neckline, expect surge in selling.

Head and shoulder pattern was rejected! If EOS bounces at pink line, it will most likely form a bull flag, and look to reach blue ascending channel before EOS Dawn 4.0 release. (tomorrow). My target will be 20500 Satoshi for now.
