Time to buy Russia?

I cannot remember who said that it is time to buy when blood is in the street ! looking at the chart, the price is down again to a level of strong support! Are all the bad news already priced in? I don't know but if you are willing to take a long term view and also the dividend yield, you may consider to build a position here ! Life will go on no matter what all politicians are saying!!! Just food for thought :)
