Technical analysis miss

I don’t day trade, but have been obsessively studying charts. I was really hoping ethereum was going to hit my $286 target on the 5th of September which would have just been so perfect but sadly my other trend channel (purple line) caught it as support.

Personally I feel we need to hit $286 before continuing upward, which would then make the previous resistance our new support? But seems more and more unlikely by the hour. Maybe we are just super bullish? 😁
