Possible ETH long position / price analysis

this is my first post here, i am very new to technical analysis any tips would be much appreciated...so correct me if i am wrong but this seems to look bullish to me is this wave is anything like we had at the beginning of the month this could be roughly 30% price increase, possibly by the end of the month ? let me know in the comments, thanks
