a butterfly advanced formation is already completed on eurjpy. unlike butterfly pattern, butterfly advanced formation has an optional completion: either 1.272XA or 1.272AB. The most common completion among advanced formation traders is the 1.272AB. A trader should choose one, backtest it and stick to it, he shouldn't change completion rules to fit the pattern to the market.
