Looking at a bullish Cypher pattern for potential to go long here!
Reasons:
1. Cypher almost complete
2. Confluence with a slight RSI divergence
3. We are at a strong support level (Lower highs)
Execution plan
Place TP1 at 382 and TP2 at 618, moving SL to breakeven after 382 is hit
