GBPUSD Hourly Trading Journal
Price opened in the hourly discount range. Price delivered to a hourly FVG to the sell side in London creating the low of the day, stopping at the mean threshold of the FVG before the 7 am red folder news.
I anticipated that price would deliver to the buy side seeking to take out the 15M FVG noted at range of 1.27080 and suspected that with the volatility that price could come as high as 1.27464 another FVG noted on the 15M.
It did deliver and to a higher range and stopped just shy of the noted bearish order block. I was watching the 10:30 NY candles and know not to trade on days like today.
